The MQ-D11D refrigerant gas sensor utilizes a multi-layer thick-film manufacturing process, with heating and measuring electrodes and a metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensing layer formed on a ceramic substrate, encapsulated in a metal housing. The sensor's conductivity changes when the target gas is present in the ambient air. Higher gas concentrations increase the sensor's conductivity. A circuit converts this conductivity change into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration. This product exhibits excellent interference resistance against common gases such as alcohol and acetic acid.
