for storage environment O2 monitoring
Application:
For O2 monitoring in industrial, mining, storage and environmental fields.Product characteristics:
Be stable1. Description
MQ-E2-O2-φ20 Oxygen sensor is a galvanic cell type sensor, the use of oxygen on the working electrode reduction reaction and the corresponding reduction reaction of the cathode material to produce current, the size of the current and the concentration of oxygen is proportional to the size of the test current can determine the size of the oxygen concentration.

5.Precautions
Soldering is prohibited during installation;
Aging time should be no less than 48 hours before use;
Pins must not be broken or bent;
Electrolyte leakage will cause damage, please do not disassemble the sensor at will;
Sensors should avoid contact with organic solvents (including silicone rubber and other adhesives), coatings, chemicals, oils and high-concentration gases;
All electrochemical sensors should not be completely encapsulated with resin materials, nor should they be immersed in an oxygen-free environment for a long time, otherwise the performance of the sensor will be damaged;
All electrochemical sensors should not be used in an environment containing corrosive gases for a long time, as corrosive gases will damage the sensor;
When measuring the zero point of gas, it must be done in a clean atmosphere;
When testing and applying the sensor, vertical air intake from the front should be avoided;
The air intake hole of the sensor must not be blocked or contaminated;
The sensor must not be subjected to excessive impact or vibration;
Do not use if the shell is damaged or deformed;
The recovery time is long when used in an environment with high concentration of the measured gas;
The working electrode and the comparison electrode should be in a short-circuit state when the sensor is stored;
It is forbidden to use hot melt adhesive or adhesive with curing temperature higher than 80℃ to encapsulate the sensor;
It is forbidden to store and use in high concentration alkaline gas for a long time.
