Description

    MQ-E4-H2S is the sensor of fixed potential electrolysis type. By redox reaction, H2S and O₂release charge and form the current. The value of current is proportional to the concentration of H2S and follow the Faraday’s Law. By testing the value of current, the concentration of H2S is known.

    MQ-E4-H2S sensor can respond to gases other than the target gas. The response characteristics of the sensor to several common interfering gases are listed in the table below for reference. The data in the table are typical responses of gases at given concentrations.
